This is slightly embarrassing, but I was looking at the ends of my hair the other day and noticed that my split ends were actually beginning to split. Didn't know that was possible? Trust me, it is. My stylist even suggested I use Bumble and bumble Deeep, which is the strongest conditioner they carry. At $50 a tube, I decided to get the mini travel size to start with. I had a horrific haircut a few years back which has left me a little uneasy in the stylist's chair. You know the kind of haircut where you walk in and ask for 2 inches off the bottom and you walk out with your hair 8 inches shorter... and somehow they talked you into getting bangs? If you haven't experienced this, then consider yourself lucky.

I bribed my boyfriend to come down to the salon with me by offering to buy him his favorite Americano from Serious Coffee after. They are only offered on Vancouver Island and they are to die for.
Note to self: Do not give boyfriend caffeine after 7pm if you don't want to be kept awake all night..

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about going in for a trim and then suddenly half of your hair is gone! Unfortunately it seems to happen half the time I get my hair cut, which is why I tend to put it off so much! Your hair looks gorgeous though!

INSIDE IN, INSIDE OUT
Onetime I was at the salon and they convinced me to get a face frame even if my hair is curly, when it was straight it looked fine but when it was curly it was not a good situation haha new follower great blog and outfit!
ReplyDeleteEeek there is nothing worse than a bad cut! I had plenty of those before I found my hair stylist and I tell you once you find one that cuts great and gives you what you what you ask for I say hold on to them! I've been seeing mine for over 6 years now! Trust me they're not that easy to find!

This is just a reminder of how badly I need to get my hair cut - I've been putting it off for ages! Your hair cut looks amazing, and must say, I totally know the feeling, and I did walk out with bangs... although they were never asked for!
